Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receipt to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unopened, unused, with the manufacturer’s safety seal intact, and in its original packaging.
You can request a return on our site at www.oramune.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Opened or Unsealed Products
For health, hygiene, and product safety reasons, any Oramune product that has been opened, unsealed, or tampered with is non-refundable and cannot be returned. This applies to all of our products, including Oramune Max, Oramune TF, Oramune IgG, Oramune Gold, and Immunocillin. Once the manufacturer’s safety seal or induction seal has been broken, we are unable to verify the contents' integrity or restock the product, so it must be discarded.
If your product arrived to you already opened, damaged, or with a broken seal, please see Damages and Issues below — we’ll make it right.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, then make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
EU Customers / Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Please note: Under Article 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken after delivery. As all Oramune products are sealed supplements, opened or unsealed products remain non-refundable.
