Shipping policy

 

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer free shipping domestically via USPS and UPS.

We offer international shipping to various countries via DHL.

European Union: Orders shipped to EU countries are fulfilled via DHL Express or UPS. Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the destination country.

Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), and customs clearance fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the order total or the shipping cost displayed at checkout. We recommend checking with your local customs office for applicable rates before placing your order.
